We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues

Warranty and Technical Assistance
All products sold to final consumers come with a 3-year warranty, covering manufacturing defects or malfunctions that do not result from improper use or adverse conditions. The warranty does not apply to products damaged by misuse, extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, though it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process it.
