Shipping Methods and Timeframes
After payment confirmation, the products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchase process. Delivery times vary according to the destination location.

 

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and presented to the customer before the purchase is completed. Depending on the total order value or specific promotions, shipping may be free.

 

Delivery Issues
MOR Electric is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer, or for circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes or other force majeure situations. Delivery Areas
We ship to mainland Portugal and Spain. For shipments to the Azores and Madeira islands, as well as other international destinations, the customer should inquire about product availability and associated shipping costs in advance via email at info@mor-electric.com.

 

Order Tracking
After the shipment, the customer will receive feedback and/or a tracking number, which will allow them to track the status of the order until delivery.

 

Stock Availability
If an ordered product is not available in stock, MOR Electric will inform the customer as soon as possible, offering alternative options or a refund of the amount paid.
