1 - How can I track my order?

After purchase, you will receive an email with feedback and/or the tracking number to follow the delivery status.

We accept major payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, MB WAY, and bank transfer.

3 - How long does delivery take?

The delivery time for mainland Portugal is 2 to 5 business days, and for Spain, it is 3 to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

4 - Can I return or exchange a product?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@mor-electric.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Yes, the prices displayed on our website include VAT, calculated according to the legal rate in effect.
